| Following is a list of speakers for upcoming ACPE seminars. | | Frank R. Boutillette, CPA/ABV | | | Mr. Boutillette is a partner with WithumSmith+Brown, PC, based in their New Brunswick, NJ, office and has over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New York and New Jersey and specializes in accounting and auditing and business valuation services. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), where he serves as treasurer. Frank is a member of the NJSCPA Peer Review Executive Committee, which administers peer reviews on behalf of the AICPA in New Jersey.
| | | | | Back To Top | | | | James Gordon, NJ Division of Taxation | | Mr. Gordon joined the NJ Division of Taxation 11 years ago and is currently in the Public Education Unit. He is the immediate past supervisor of the Division’s General Correspondence Section, which is responsible for answering a wide range of income, sales and corporate tax questions. Prior to joining the Division, Mr. Gordon supervised several tax preparation offices. He has also conducted full, 10-week basic, advanced and specialized tax preparation courses.

He has served as an expert witness in tax, trust and estate-related litigation, and is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the AICPA. He was a past chairman of the Tax Section of the NJ Bar Association, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

He has worked extensively on complex tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals, estate planning for resident and non-resident aliens, tax motivated transactions, international tax, estate administration, and elder care planning. Mr. Patel is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, and was recently named a NJ Super Lawyer Rising Star by NJ Magazine for estate tax planning. He was an Assistant Professor at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, and was also on the technical staff of the Auditing Standards and Examinations Divisions of the AICPA. He is an owner and auditing seminar leader for the Person/Wolinsky CPA Review Courses in the NYC-Metropolitan area.
