Upcoming Seminar: Recent Developments for Exempt Organizations

This seminar will outline recent developments in legal and tax compliance specific to nonprofits. Topics include: The new IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search, which replaced Select Check in May 2018; IRS initiatives; the impact of the new federal tax law on non-profits; incentivizing universal e-filing for Forms 990; mandatory charity registration e-filing in New Jersey; and status of the anticipated launch of single filing portal by the National Association of State Charity Officials (NASCO).
